Experience is relative. As someone who has owned an Axe since early 2017, I can tell you I'm not the only one with this experience. I mean, look at the referenced thread in question here lol. It's definitely not the worst place to go for help, but there may be backlash and criticism for your approach if it doesn't align with the collective opinion.Having been there a few years, that is generally not my experience.
