Ever seen one of those funky, hollowed out, built in section rapid prototype guitar bodies?

I didn't think these were very representative of the potential for guitars... They always make them so flimsy and hollow to avoid costs.

As it turns out, you don't need very good feature size for guitar bodies, and can use less-than-optimal (garbage) build material. Then just sand and prep when finished printing.

It turned out looking great, I printed it with some wild wire channels built in already.

It sounds like a barking dog. Pretty bad. Don't print plastic guitar bodies.

    Yep, made from nylon powder.

Weight relieved near the top wing (on the back).

Kept it simple otherwise, used an old Duncan Disto in the pickup position.

It sounds very bright acoustically, and it sounds like @ss plugged in.... if you have ears for that, my buddy thought it sounded fine.... he's a drummer :)

Other than the obvious weight relief cavities in the back, is it solid?
