Speaking of chugging, though it's in Standard

Put an old Duncan Distortion in the Navigator

I generally suck at playing, so that is the main problem, but I'm still trying to get used to quick bending on the smaller frets. The slick Elixir strings probably don't help.

Clip is just a 6505+ and a Crate 4x12 with V30s (my B rig). Cell phone since my mic is somewhere in storage.

Gloss black Arrow, very cool. Been thinking about buying that exact guitar for quite some time, but at 2500€ new I feel maybe not worth it.

It's a very nice guitar. I can see what people mean about it being the best iteration of the offset V; definitely feels ergonomically enhanced vs the Rhoads. I do wish ESP would use Gotoh trems instead of the OFR though.

FWIW I bought used directly from Ishibashi in Tokyo, who were also selling thru Reverb, as well as this instrument having a dozen proxy listings on eBay (1 or 2 of which are still up ). Used isnt much cheaper than new after shipping and import tax though.

It's a shame there's barely any competition for premium V7s. Jackson has that Korean camo RR7 now, but the camo finish is pretty unappealing - even compared to LTDs like the Snakebyte in the post above, let alone to classic black.

God, I'm so fucking jealous. Congrats! Every time I have cash none of these are available. This is pretty much my ideal 7 string V.

Cheers! Digimart's worth a look for used Japanese stock when you next have cash.

Josh Middleton just posted these customs, a one-off presumably inspired by Chuck Schuldiner and an F. I've always been a sucker for Diamond inlays (Chuck and Kerry King style.
