Ok, I have yet to save enough money to buy either of these, but I was wondering what the pros and cons are of the H-307 as I've found out alot about the Ibanez. And, I would like to know what the ESP's neck feels like compared to the Ibanez neck.
    Thanks in advance,
    Shadow

I've had an H-307. Nice guitar, if you change the pickups. Not as good as an RG7620 in my opinion but all in all...not a bad guitar.
As for the neck, I found it to be quite baseball bat-ish, which I kinda like. But in the end I prefer the 7620.

I have ESP h series 7 strings, f series 7 strings, ones that i don't know what the hell they are???, and Ibanez 7 strings, but i've got to say that the stephen carpenter series is my fav. (except for the pickup config.) the longer scale neck is a beautiful thing, you can beat the f**k out of the low b and it won't go sharp... I actually do a lot of stuff in :scream: drop A :scream: and this guitar definitely handles that the best. That one is probably going to be my main A guitar on the road this time out.

on a different note, have you ever seen a gibson les paul 7 string???? on the recording of our first album the producer brought one for the sessions.... i didn't like it, but it was definitely interesting....

This argument went nowhere. MH-307 would have been a better comparison.
