I'm looking for an ergonomic modern T-shaped guitar like the CONTOUR IV by Wirebird guitars.

Does anyone know of one?

Maybe an Aristides T/0 would fit the bill?

Aristides is definitely among the options.
The only problem is the price.

How about the Solar Guitars Type T?

The price of the solar guitar is attractive, but it looks too metal-oriented.

Charvel is nice. The price range is also good.

I like Strandberg, but am looking for one with a head.

Thank you all. It's very helpful.
To explain a little more about the specs I am looking for, the body is as thin as possible, 24 frets, and the pickups are HH.

What's your budget?

Belly cut and forearm bevel are probably as good as it gets besides heel considerations. Probably a lot of options out there to narrow down.

I find all it really takes is a forearm contour and less blocky neck heel.

Could always build a partscaster - I'm pretty sure Warmoth would do the 35mm thick body the Wirebirds had which would only add to the ergonomics.

I quite liked the Chapman ML3 pro modern compared to the original Tele shape. Felt very nice in my lap, but I still wouldn't swap it for my J5 Squier which punches way above it's price.
But considering your budget, there are probably more ergonomical options out there.

I went through a similar search and thought process during the last few years. Aristides was at the top of the list, but too expensive, other options never quite had exactly what I wanted, etc.

It ended up with me buying a Strandberg Salen a few weeks ago and I LOVE it so far. Ergonomic, compact and comfortable but sounds like a tele. Definitely recommend you check one out if you can.

I didn't know much about Warmoth, but I see that you can also order bodies like Wirebirds!

Yeah I have a Warmoth tele body (also a huge tele fan) that they built that's just waiting for a neck that's currently under construction.

I went for the standard full thickness as I might add an Evertune in the future (35mm is too thin for that) but the forearm contour and contoured neck heel really feel like they'll help over the usual tele blockiness. I can't wait to put it all together.

You might even find smaller/local builders who will do it for less.
