As someone who used to write software for the eBay/paypal team that detected and fought fraud and "policy violations" - if eBay ever notices you selling things listed on the site, offsite, to people who discovered the item on ebay; your account will be banned and if they discovered you did it many times expect a call from eBay folks in Sandy, UT (quite possibly the single whitest place on earth) and from Paypal folks in Lincoln, NE.

Wait, I didn't know you did this. One of my best friends used to be a forum member here and he wrote the source code for the bidding software. Literally receives a HUGE check from eBay every year. The site will NOT function without it. Did you ever work in conjunction with those guys?
