I first became familiar with Nevborn guitars after seeing Meshuggah use them on Ozzfest back in the early 2000's. They have a very unique and often hated body shape that I just feel is incredibly pleasing and haven't grown to dislike over the years. Last year I was able to get in contact with the Luthier behind the brand Fredrik Törnkvist and decide on two custom builds for myself. He was very helpful in choosing the ideal woods for my builds and kept me updated on the builds progress with pictures and conversation. I contacted him in December and he started the builds in June. The 7 string was finished in November and the Baritone was delivered last week. Overall I'm extremely pleased with both guitars and thought id share my experience and pictures. Fredrik also names each of his builds as they have no serial number and he named my 7 "Ve" and the baritone "Vile" which are Odin's brothers. Cool viking stuff for anyone that cares!

Specs for the 7 string are.

27 inch scale
Burnt Orange Stain
Hard rock maple neck through
Ebony Fret-board
Alder body wings
Titanium truss rod
Lundgren M7
500k volume pot
"T Blade" inlay on 5th fret and truss rod cover
Hipshot bridge and locking tuners.

Baritone 6
28 inch scale
Black Stain
Hard rock maple neck through
Titanium truss rod
Ebony Fret-board
Birch boy wings
500k volume pot
Lundgren M6 pickup
"T Blade" inlay on 5th fret and truss rod cover
Hipshot bridge and locking tuners

Didn't Carvin have an almost exact shape like this? On the Holdsworth model or whatever it was called?
Personally I hate the shape but they look like good guitars.

Those are some pretty spartan chug monsters; not surprised in the least Meshuggah paid him a visit at some point.
HNGD, OP! A double guitar day is twice as good!
