Hello I need help : this is my first guitar , a Cort bought new in 1990, on the neck plate there is written "PERFORMER SERIES" and the serial number 8901285.
But I can't find anything about it, I would like to know which is the wood, the pickups (HSS) or a evaluation....

I got no pictures here but is basically a copy of the Jackson Soloist: same color, shape, inlays, but with a reverse headstock.
ideas?

In all likelihood it has a basswood body, maple neck and rosewood fingerboard. That's what a lot of similar guitars from that time period were made from.
