Hey y'all, my band Agamemnon just released our new EP and what better a place to share it than with the SSO forum! This EP is something I'm really quite proud of, being that the drums are 100% real, guitars & bass are some of the best performances & tones I've gotten thus far AND the grand master Jamie King did a killer job on the mastering end of things as well!

Check it out, and get ready for the sick-nasty y'all.

All the rhythm guitars were my Ibanez S7420FM through a Fractal Axe FX II using a JCM 800 Mod amp and a custom IR of my Mesa Vertical 2x12, Bass is Direct blended with some of the Fractal SVT & Mesa Recto orange. My favorite part of the whole EP is that the drums are 100% real! For drums we used my Tama Starclassic Birch shells and SLP G-Maple snare and an array of Sabian AAX, HHX & HH cymbals. There was no sample replacement at all, but very little reinforcement used on the kick and snare to even them out just a touch.

Opened the link, meant to just listen to one song but listened to the entire record.

Absolutely fantastic. The drums and bass mesh very well together, and the guitars sit perfectly in the mix. Can't wait to hear more :)

Awesome. I'm listening on my crappy phone's speaker and it sounds awesome still. The bass tone is great too.

Damn, this is REALLY good. I found myself wanting vocals occasionally while listening, but at the same time I definitely think it stands well on its own without vocals.

Either way, great job man! I really love this.

I totally agree, feels like there's plenty of room for some vocals, but regardless of vocals or not it still sounds insanely awesome
