Yeah it's pretty new. Cazqui (J-rock guitarist who this was built for) has been hinting these on his ig/twitter for a few weeks. Awesome to see it come out.

love the hardware aesthetics but that damn upper bout. You're in Japan, just copy the rhoads and be done with it. I don't think there has ever been a great V that wasn't built of straight lines (arguable there is a semi-circle in the arrow).

I love the idea of a 7 string rhodes model, but this is a bit too bling for my taste, with the gold on white with pickguard and inlays. Kinda like Schecter back in the day - just way too much stuff going on.

Headstocks on 7 string rhodes are hard - I think a traditional Jackson/Charvel would look too big on it, but this actually works fairly well for me.

A bit too much clashing of colours, I was expecting the white maple caparison neck instead of a painted one and gold + pearl inlays on the maple. Paired with white binding instead of black.

    Cool guitar nonetheless!

I think my problem with their headstock is, that it somehow looks to short on the 6 and 7 strings.
Rn I'm watching coffee with Ola and Mattias IA Eklundh and the headstock on his 8 string looks more complete to me.

Cool looking but definitely not an axe I could pull off playing.

Huh, the Caparison headstock is one of the coolest and certainly one of the most unique/identifiable designs around in my opinion, and I think it looks completely aesthetically balanced on the 6 and 7-string guitars. Same with the Mattias Eklundh 8-string as well for that matter, where they have made it larger to fit proportionally with the rest of the guitar.

Here's some photos of my Dellinger 7 and Horus 6. The headstock shouldn't be any longer or larger than this to my eyes, but to each their own I guess. :)

I can somewhat agree about it, but then...what about Music Man? Those are short tiny headstocks

Love and hate for it. :D
It fits their look since their guitars are pretty small, but on the other hand it's just small :D
It's for sure none of my favourite headstocks.

I love that white with gold look. I really love Caparisons but I wish all the best looking ones didn't have trems.
