I want to learn the concepts of polyrhythms and metric modulation in a practical context for guitar.

What resource (book, course, etc.) would you suggest to accomplish this ?

Apologies for the late reply. I recommend the book because I’ve worked through it and because you “want to learn the concepts of polyrhythms and metric modulation in a practical context for guitar.” Which is what the book is. It may not end up being exactly what you’re looking for, but it’s a physical book that you can resell in that case.
