Has a nice Heartwork era Carcass vibe to it, which I love!! Gonna have to check out the rest of the album.

They are friends of mine. Really, Really hardworking dudes - did some major support runs for their first two albums. Even went to the national morning TV and played some death metal - how cools is that? The have a nice enegy live!

That's sick! I agree, definitely a Carcass-vibe in there. What I found interesting is that there isn't a solo, which is quite cool given what most bands are doing these days.

I'll check out the album too.

I discovered them on some random livestream gig/festival last year and loved them. Venenum is a great album and I pre-ordered Nectrosapiens when I saw it was announced!
They have songs/sections that give the nod to other classic death metal bands, but they still sound like themselves.

I honestly thought these guys would be Sunderland as that is how Sunderland folk pronounce the word "beast".

I definetely expected something different based on their name, aesthetic, and that extended intro. Still dig it, but was just expecting something else!

I also really enjoy their older, very Bloodbath-esque stuff. I actually discovered them when I was shopping around for a cheap HM-2 clone, and they were the only ones that demoed the TC Electronic Eyemaster with actual riffs meant for an HM-2.
