SpiritBox. Love those guys so much. Mike Stringer is an under appreciated player and songwriter IMHO.

    Also, Twelve Foot Ninja.

Well, my want of new Cannibal Corpse went up immensely, because Erik Rutan is now a permanent member of the band.

Just saw the blabbermouth article on it. Absolutely no word about Pat O'Brien. It reads like Rutan was an addition rather than a replacement. I don't know what to make of that at all.

New Conjurer should be good. They posted a video for an old track today and I forgot how good that album is. The split they did with Pijn was incredible too.

^^^The title of the thread is “albums you’re looking forward to.” That’s probably why BTBAM was left out.

    Sorry, couldn’t resist.

Can't believe I forgot about ERRA- this new album is sounding like their best work so far. Absolutely incredible.
And yeah a Spiritbox full length would be sick but we'll see.

Anyone know if Little Tybee has got something cooking up for the new year? The self-titled album was 2016, which feels like a lifetime ago, and Josh always seem to have new stuff on his YT channel but maybe they're all too busy with their other jobs. I'd love to hear some new stuff from them.

They've released one or two new songs recently as music videos, but no word on a new record...I hope they come out with something soon as well. Josh has been endorsed by Kiesel for a while and has been very active on Instagram and Patreon, the other guys not so much it seems (social media-wise anyway)

Oh shit, Artificial Language dropped word today that they'll be dropping a new album this year as well.

    Confirmed releases:
    Conjurer
    Spiritbox
Mammoth Weed Wizard Bastard (now as MWWB)
    Emma Ruth Rundle
    Artificial Language

    Hopeful releases:
    Mastodon
    Gojira
    Rivers of Nihil
    Monolord
    Windhand
    Little Tybee
    Thank You Scientist

If I got half of those potential releases, 2021 would be a year of solid releases.
