Hey guys, a friend of mine painted my S Series with acrylic paints and I want to clear-coat her masterpiece with something that will protect the painting and make it pop. However, I'm worried about the clear coat making the acrylics bleed. Should I be concerned? Or could I just use something from the hardware store? Is there a do-it-yourself solution that I can purchase? Something in a can? Do I need to take it to a paint shop?

I just want to be as careful as possible.

    Thanks guys! :wavey:

A spray can of clear acrylic lacquer should do the job. Just remember to test it on a sample first.

Spraymax 2k is the best you can get in a can

It's 2 part acrylic urethane and separate hardener in one can
