Past few years have had some really nice guitars coming out and I've started to feel like if you think you want something, ask for a discount and get on with it asap; you'll make your discounted price back on the used market if you don't like it since nobody can get stock. Else be stuck waiting, because every 'in production' guitar I've ordered has been delayed... multiple times.

LTD SD-2

SammyDuet-2 here has quickly become one of my favourite guitars. Something about stars with reverse headstocks fits the look. Stars in general are slowly becoming my favourite shape. Appointed with features I didn't know it had until I owned it like: SS frets. Chrome bolts look good too! I been eyeing that Jackson SL7 with reverse headstock and full chrome hardware and I gotta say, the bolts only looks way cooler.
I love LP scale guitars. Makes learning material very easy and I just stretch it out to longer scales and thicker strings once I'm familiar with the material. The cutout is full shred. If I had the original version without the cutout I'd be mad... Lots of space to shred too, dunno what the pickup is but I had to back it so far down that that, and no neck pickup is like a picking dream. As someone who likes to use their volumes and switch, this might just stay shred practice. Will the next SD model have the slanted neck single? Please!

2015 Jackson KVXT Cherry Sunburst

You ever have a really cool custom shop idea but DON'T want to pay for it? Yea this is as close as I'm getting. Love the finish and the veneer. Something about the cherry stain on the back and neck is just straight classy too. Have this one in a really slack Drop C for that grimey early 2000s sound.

Ibanez IPT700

For how great the finish looks it's impossible to get good pictures of it. Off the bucket list so I can get my Necrophagist on. Now to find the XH...
