A new 300 movie means doing the 300 workout amirite? But really, I've never attempted something so brutal. I've had to change the workout a bit so it's a strength building thing because I can't do all the reps yet. This is what I've been doing:

4 sets of neutral grip pull-ups to fail.
Pyramided deadlift, 10/8/6/6/4/2, increase by 20lbs each time, starting at 135lbs.
50 pushups in as few sets as possible.
4 sets of floor wipers to fail.
3 sets of 3 five way cleans, 105lbs.
2 sets of pull-ups to fail.

I've been doing it 4 days a week, though I can't always get a rack, in which case the lifts I do are subject to my whim.

Anyone else tried this? Got a best time, or tips, or anything like that?

Deadlifting 4x a week sounds like something your CNS won't like. Program looks hard but I'm not too sure about its effectivity.

It seems like you would get nothing done with it.

Could you elaborate on why it's actually good?

It's like you would do a Bale workout, if you don't waist your whole day for training and eat like 5000kcal it will not have the effect you wish.
Oh, and don't forget the juice.
So don't try these plans, make your own one, adapted for your body.

Eating far above your TDEE will make you fat. Spending "your whole day for training" will burn your CNS out. Please stop.

Move more, eat less, lift heavy once in a while, and you get the same result.

The 300 workout was only used as a fitness test for the actors. They did it before they started training for the movie and again when they finished training to see how their times improved. It's not actually meant to be a routine done multiple times a week.

this...these 300 routines were made to be done like once every 8 weeks or so to check progress.

any bodybuilding split will get you a "300 physique"

    push/pull/legs
    fullbody 3 x a week
    bro split

as long as you progressively overload you'll get bigger and stronger

You DO need to eat over your TDEE, but dont go over 500 cals, unless your either on gear or wanna get fat quick.

You may build 10 percent more lean mass, but you'll have to cut longer when you want to get shredded
