A new 300 movie means doing the 300 workout amirite? But really, I've never attempted something so brutal. I've had to change the workout a bit so it's a strength building thing because I can't do all the reps yet. This is what I've been doing: 4 sets of neutral grip pull-ups to fail. Pyramided deadlift, 10/8/6/6/4/2, increase by 20lbs each time, starting at 135lbs. 50 pushups in as few sets as possible. 4 sets of floor wipers to fail. 3 sets of 3 five way cleans, 105lbs. 2 sets of pull-ups to fail. I've been doing it 4 days a week, though I can't always get a rack, in which case the lifts I do are subject to my whim. Anyone else tried this? Got a best time, or tips, or anything like that?
