Looking for a multiscale with this scale length for a guitar set up for F# C# F# B D# G# C#. Any recommendations? There doesn't seem to be a lot of guitars out there that I can find with this scale length that I like.

What are some things you do or don't like?

All of Kiesel's 7- string multiacales meet that scale length. Their neutral fret is at the 9th fret.

This is the industry standard right now. Jackson, kiesel, aristides, ibanez, Harley Benton etc use it. What about all of them do you not like?

almost all seven string multis are that scale length.

schecter has 2 series. The reaper and the sls multi scale

    ltd has one.

    Harley benton
    Subzero

The ormsby 7s are a bit longer.

I really don't like the look of most Jacksons, they never use nice looking necks/fretboards. Kiesel I'm pretty meh on, Ibanez makes a pretty shitty multiscale and that's it (bad reviews), Harley Benton is Harley Benton and Aristides are great, but I was going to just get a 070r from them (easier to sell later if I decide to move it than a multiscale). Guess I might have to go with a Aristides multiscale and an Ibanez Prestige for a 26.5 instead.

The Ibanez “Axion” RGD ms gets a lot of crap (as mentioned above), but I quite like mine. The only mods I did were out of preference - not necessity. As always with Indo guitars try before you buy (or confirm the option if an easy return), but yeah.

A few things I like that are not common elsewhere:
    - I actually don’t mind the 12th being the parallel, means less of a crazy angle at the bridge/that I’m picking at closer points on each string (tone-wise).
    - The ferrule for the 7th can fit a bass string, and while I don’t care for crazy heavy gauges (or bass strings on guitar) I really like the tone and feel I get from a D’addario NYXLB060.
    - The panga panga (wenge alternative) neck is quite nice.

P.S. The finish isn’t nearly as garish in person, and I switched the pickups and toggle to black so mine is even more toned down.
