Maybe mine is a stupid advice, but have you tried "lacquering" the frets with nail polish? My GF used to do that with earrings, no problems at all and she has a quite serious allergy to nickel...

That won't work on the frets, since the strings will wear it off in no time. I do however use clear nail polish on pickup adjustment screws, and the screws on the pickup rings.

Necro-bump for posterity, since there's a few more options over the last couple years. These are all Kiesel, so all come standard with stainless frets, and EVO frets are available on all of them with the possible exception of the JBYY since it's a signature model, but they may still do it if you call)

Standard as 24.75":

CS6/CS3
Hyperdrive
Zeus (possibly only in dual humbucker, fixed bridge config. That's how it started, but I'm not sure if they've expanded it).
