Havent bought an amp in many years and have gone back and forth about a few to get for a while. A nice purple Revv G20 popped up and Ive tried getting one just like it a couple times before, well this time I got it. Waiting for arrival.
Now I got to sell the Laney VH100. Great amp but I dont...
After a 5-6 year hiatus from guitar, Ive just been working on interpreting voice melodies (and other things I can fit in) from songs that challenge and feel good to me. With metal always being in my hearth, Ive found that although I love getting technical and fancy, I really enjoy just focusing...
Trying to decide on a small amp better suited for home use only, unsure which one to get as Ive never tried these but looking at Laney IRT-studio, PRS MT-15, Revv G20, 5153, Orange Dark Terror, H&K Grandmeister Deluxe 40, something else.... would like to get a good pedal platform here too, but...
Forgot to update this thread. I ended up using some micromesh pads on it, started at 1500 and up to 6000, worked pretty well. Thanks for all the suggestions!
Now I got another problem with this guitar, I'll make a different thread for it later as it is very specific to the bridge system. Its a...
I havent played this guitar in quite a while and either neglected or forgot about this issue until now that Im looking to sell it. Im no expert on this but its not rust, it looks more like the material is scraped or worn down, like an abrasion. No idea how and I cant remember if it was like this...
Mmmph, I put my order in around that time too, June-July 2013 and there were a few details that needed to be worked out when the build would start, but I haven't received any information about the build getting started. Should I be concerned and contact them? I haven't been around here for a...
Don't know if any of this is EDM but...
Zircon is really good and not repetitive, great album:
A little different but very good also:
BT (Brian Wayne Transeau) is also good. Cool part after the build up @ 2 min. :
Looks awesome dude! How are you finding that scale length, do you think the fanning it's too subtle, too much or just right? I'm trying to decide how much I should fan a custom build I have in the works.
As of right now I would use it for 2 pedals, and I'm thinking that I will probably need a compressor too so I will need the power supply for at least 3 pedals if not more later on.
I took the pedal to someone who knows about electronics, a friend of my dad, and he fixed it within a few minutes at no charge! :woohoo: Not sure what he did but he tested it and it worked. Now I need to get a power supply and I'm considering a Godlike PowerAll or a Virtual Sound 1 spot, either...
Depends what you mean by 'really nice'; what is nice? : quality? looks? comfort? 2 out of 3? all 3?...???
I have a Neotech strap because is comfortable, simple, looks good and it locks. But again, it depends what you mean by 'nice'.
Thanks for clarifying that about DC for most pedals. Like I mentioned on my first post I've never had individual pedals before other than a GT-8 which came with its adapter, the Jamman which came with the adapter I used, and the tuner, so I was entirely unaware of the details that needed to be...
Okay, some of this went over my head but I get what you're saying. The power supply came with a Digitech Jamman I have and I've been using it with a Korg pitchblack tuner. I opened the back and there is a small, black cylinder-like thing that broke and came off of the circuit board, I can see...
So AC is + and DC is - ?
Well that leaves me even more perplexed because I use that power supply with a pedal that clearly says 9v DC, but I won't anymore.
About how much would you reckon it would cost to fix it if I take it to someone local instead of sending it back for repairs, which...
