you sure? I asked that question on Amazon and I got a response that the mounting holes won't line up under the intonation bolts?
I hope they are wrong, those Schallers need a brass block
I believe this was the "better" trem that Pros went out with from 90-92 pretty good price, I can't find a 37mm brass bock for it thought (OFR block won't line up)
this trem besides being very stiff doesn't always come back to perfect pitch
so which of these ...
well the wiring is messed dup everything is completely muffled with no out put :(
good thing I was swapping them out anyway, but it would've been nice to have been able to hear them regardless,
but it looks like I'm dropping her off tomorrow at the Axe Palace and Victor will swap out everything...
this just arrived this morning, guitar is in great shape, I can't plug it in until later so I don't know about the stock Jackson pickups
but I've got an Alnico NailBomb/Classic stack+/heavy blues II ready to go in , just in case. the necks on these XL's are definitely thinner than the "pro's or...
holy crap!!! that's gorgeous
my favorite finish Ibanez ever did, hang on to this one.
I sold my old 8527 J-Custom back in 2011 and regret it all the time

I'm guessing similar to an rg1527? it's very comfy and easy to play, I've got a suhr hot & and SSV combo in it and it sounds killer, the PAF's they ship with these are god awful
I rarely play this guitar and I'm wondering if there is any market demand for this model? It plays and sounds killer but I am busy with a classic rock band and this will never get any action .
there not much demand in the Boston area for a 50 something 7 string player LOL so it just sits most...

and just like that
the 1550M -sold
the 550 Genesis - sold
the 2560MZEX is for sale and may be gone tomorrow (if interested pm me)
I liked them all but I just play better nd feel more at home on the compound 12-16" radius neck
I'm back to playing all Jacksons and Charvels again.
the only ones...
my 2 favorites of the bunch, these 2 have the "Wizard Prestige HP" neck profiles on them and are the easiest to go back and forth from and to My Charvels and Jacksons.
The 1550M and the 550 Genesis are up for sale on the facebook market.
I'll take a 1997 RG7620 any day of the week, but after that this RG3727 has been an amazing one to own. Once I pulled those god awful PAF pickups and put in Suhrs it's been a shred machine.
When I first started playing 7's back in 2006 someone on this forum gave me the best advice I got anywhere. don't look down across the strings look, the bottom 6 are still the same.
I started playing just normal 6 string songs on it (RG7620 best 1rst 7 money can buy IMO ), then when I got it...
Did somebody say "DKs?"
Infinity blue arrived today, scored her for a great price and she's in mint condition,
the color is a bit much so I'll have to get used to it but the neck is just killer.
will probably yank the full shred for an Aldrich. Now I've got 2 :)
