Hey, dunno if I'm misinterpreting your posts in the AFX QnA, but if you're considering an Axe and wanna spend some time for one, I keep saying we oughta meet up! I know the unit like the back of my hand, I'd gladly show you round it dude. It'd have been great for me to get that chance before I bought my Ultra, so I try to spread it round much as I can

Well, It's some sort of frankenaxe. I built it as a proof of concept, and now I want it to be as close to perfect as I can get it. Something tells me it will have to wait tho =S

That was awesome dude! Can't wait for that project to come to life! Got any specs in mind?
I'm thinking of re-building mine. I'd go for a chambered mahogany body with a granadillo back. Granadillo neck and ebony board. Again, 636-666mm... I think I've got the formula dialed in just right this time (not like it didn't work last time)

Awesome! Don't know how low you plan on tuning, but 666mm (26.2ish inches) works BEAUTIFUL for the low B. And the high e sounds amazazing at 636mm (25ish inches), plus it's a very comfortable set of scales. :2c:

Sup man. I just pass the string through the ball end and do whatever knot comes to mind. If it's the High e string, I put a tiny piece of rubber between the string and the ball end, since they tend to break a lot without it.

Mine is slightly different to yours as well. The UFX Totalmix is slightly different due to the need for USB recording control.

The principle is the same though. You use them to assign output mixes to physical channels. So you might have the same headphone mix assigned to 3 separate channels, or 3 separate mixes assigned to 3 separate channels etc etc.

I'm not too sure on the operation of the HDSP version of this but I imagine it's quite similar. I'll have to look a bit more at it.

Hey dude, thanks for answering my questions about Circle K. Finally got them strung up on my PRS baritone and they sound and feel great! :yesway:
