ok just realized you use ezdrummer, wich makes me even more confuse since my drum tracks sound shittier in there. damn my double bass sound nothing like yours, and i tweaked a little with a Eq in reaper.

what software do you use then?

and you didnt edit it with no software like reaper? you just recorded it and added a drumtrack? for somereason my drum track sounds wierd with the guitar. i think you boosted the bass in the drumtrack

jesus , and u get that sound?? you didnt edit it with a WAD or something? you probably used impulses. I set my amplitube just the way you said and i still get a shitty sound .
I just wanted to get a ood tone since i have tones of awesome stuff to record :l

Ah ok I see...well there's either a Meddler cover, or you can lay down some drums for this original I'm almost done with. Is there some easier way to contact you, such as Facebook, MSN, etc?

Hm.. what if you record the guitar that you won't play live (bass if you have it. if not, i'll make one out of midi) and send me the raw tracks, then i'll mix and master, and send them back. That way, you can film a live track over a good mixed track with room for your live part. I have Pro Tools, so sadly we can't share the project back and forth.

I've learned Meddler by August Burns Red recently! You like that song? It's really fun on guitar at least haha. So, is the plan to record all the parts in a program (Cubase for me!) and then play along in a video? Or just post on teh Soundcloudz?
