HAHAHA well theres no way i can afford an Axe-Fx for a good few years so it was a toss between the Gmaj and GSP1101 and the GSP just seems to do more for me, not as good as the Gmaj for delays but it'll do for a few years :lol:

another random thread about the GSP, if you use it 4 cable into a tube head (Randall RH50T in my case) can you use the amp/ preamp modelling without it sounding... off?

Slightly stupid question for you... If I wanted to buy an Axe-FX be used for direct recording would I still need a power amp, cabinet etc. to use it?

Yo JJ! Does the Carvin 1540L fit in a shallow rack? I'm working on my new rig and I'm getting the one atomic FR but I have a trade working for my 4x12 Bogner to turn into a 2x12 Bogner + cash and was thinking about getting a shallow 6U rack for the Ultra, my conditioner and the 1540L because I could sit the shallow rack on my old cabinet stand and run the rig in stereo! :metal: Since you have one, do you know if it will fit in a shallow rack or nah? :scratch:
