      I envy you.
      I love to travel.
Been itching to go to another country for a while.
Want to take my kids to like Greece or something.
    4. skeels
Haha! Absolutely! Especially those- I'd be playing pinball at ear-splitting volume immediately!
      Also, you still in SK?
    5. skeels
Holy crap I just realized what you could do with to kill switches like that on a guitar!
      That is so freaking awesome!

I've seen 7's a bunch. Whats awesome is that the usually dont want them because no one plays them here, because they arent in fashion. So you can usually haggle them down to nothing. The problem with 8's is that they are still fairly new. You maybe be able to get Schecter 8's though since they are made here. I havent tried asking someone to order one, but I bet its possible. I want that Schecter Ultra baritone, but I havent bothered asking what it would cost.

When you come to Seoul ill take you Nakwon Sam-ga and you can see for yourself.

Things can be expensive here. You will find very quickly that Koreans like to stay in a very safe and predictable bubble of gear. Marshalls and Fender for amps. Gibson, Fender for the "rockers". Ibanez and LTD/ESP for the "Metal" guys. And schecter and the miscellaneous korean brands for the beginners/uncatagorized.

Fortunately there is a good used market here because Koreans love to have the newest shit, or the most popular gear, or gear that is trendy. And since that trend changes faster than the wind, there is tons of stuff used to find.

You will also find that stuff that we would like will either be cheap as chips or wayyyyy over priced. For instance a RG2288 will cost you an arm and a leg. BUT i found a Boss HyperFuzz for 40$.

I got the Physical ESP Japan 2012 Catalog.
I`ll be uploading it via scanning, might take some time though.

ohhh hahahah, aight well keep me updated dude. Beer and barbeque is on the menu.

It's fairly bright, but I'm using pretty bright pickups (pre-release of the Lace X-Bar, which is based on a P-90 template), which contributes a lot. The overall theme of my build was "8-string Telecaster", so the brightness is more appropriate than it might be for someone who's got metal in mind. My next one will be ash with a walnut top, with an oak neck and hickory fretboard (all-domestic hardwood theme). And it'll be semi-hollow, just for fun.

for sure dude. A town of 150???? jesus christ. You are totally going to be out in bumblefuck, at least you will learn Korean really fast. The visa process is annoying, once you get it done its a huge relief. We can totally get a beer dude! My friend owns a bar up the street. Keep me informed!

Hey man cheers for that comment, I've used it in my uni work. :) Would it be possible to get your full name?
    19. signalgrey
ill tell you right now, jeju is beautiful....and boring. The students will be suuuuuper low level (which is not fun after about 5mins). You want to be mainland and near a decent sized city. Daegu has really good looking women, but the men are abusive pieces of shit (not kidding). Busan is basically the florida of Korea. Seoul is....Seoul. Anything not close to one of those places is going to get old really fast.
    20. signalgrey
so hows that job going? do you know what school you are working for? If you need I can probably get you a job at my company. Its one of the the biggest in Korea. Let me know if you need any help with stuff.
