Ahh man, if I had the money, I'd honestly be totally down with coming. I've still got family on my mum's side that live in the Philippines anyway, I could have just crashed at their houses for the time I was there:lol:
I actually haven't even payed off all the guitar stuff. I still owe Pirelli 200 bucks for the case, whammy bar and the other accessories, but once my second Centrelink payment comes in, that's all sorted.
I'll be debt free, but I'll be close to broke again:lol:

I am flat broke after this new guitar:lol:

Hey thanks, bro. I really appreciate you thinkin of me, but at the moment, I'm trying to track down an 8, preferably an Ibanez 2228 or an LTD 608b to trade my 2027 for.

Hey dude, sorry I couldn't come to the gig btw.
I got my Ls literally the day before (as in, did the test the day before your gig), but it turns out there is a new rule where they don't issue the card on the spot anymore, so I didn't actually get my Ls card proper until Monday this week via the mail, so I doubt I would have been able to get into the venue anyway. Before I got the actual card, they just gave me a receipt, which although it had my name and date of birth on it, it didn't really qualify as ID since it had no photo on it.
Now that I've actually got ID it means I can actually get in for sure next time:lol:

Anyway, I figure shit's all busy until the end of this year, but I reckon we gotta catch up again sometime in the new year.
Whaddya reckon, if you're not busy?

Man, did I ever mention to you that Relationship of Command is one of my most favorite albums ever?
It's probably hard for you to picture me playing ATDI songs, but I actually do jam that shit from time to time.
Omar Rodriguez-Lopez rules, good to know another big fan of him is in Melbourne haha.

Haha sweet! Some of the songs' instrumentation really reminds me of Kumi Koda, who I'm a rabid fan of, so I could definately get into this :D: Thanks for the tip!

Damn, video in the first link isn't working.
Some of the J-pop stuff isn't too bad, although I've never really dug much into it yet.

      I can't help it.
After they posted it up, it went like this:

      At first I hated it.
At first I still hated it, but I felt I had to give it more of a chance
      Then it wasn't bad.
Then I found by the end of the first day, I had heard the song about 20 time.
I've heard the song at least over 100 times now

anyway, I'm probably one of the biggest fans of Paramore on this forum board, surely, so I like me some stuff that isn't brutal too:lol:
