    Uhmmm.

    You should take this kind of product only if you are into a serious fitness program - in this specific case (and just to explain it in a short way), glutamine, creatine and arginine are useful to regulate and improve the synthesizing of proteins and liquids that will build your muscles' mass, so it's ok if you are involved in weightlifting or stuff like that (otherwise, your body will not really "need" a protein supply and you're gona throw away your money, and maybe "overcharge" your liver).

    Maybe I'm wrong, but i considered your question as the kind of question of someone who doesn't know which is the correct usage of supplements.

    Please explain which results you want to achieve for your body, as a natural bodybuilder maybe I can help you out with some tips.
