    I love it :) I know you said ignore the mix but I think the bass stuff could come up - it's easy to mix the repetition too high in stuff like this and attention is drawn away from the movement in the bass.

    Previous mix I made was too bass heavy. Altho it sounded great on my studio headphones friends told me it sounds bassy to them and my crappy desktop speakers confirmed that. It was kinda muddy.

    I'll do another mix today.

    Iceberg v2

    Another mix is here. It sounds worse than first version on my cheap speakers, but sounds alot better on my AKG K99. Dafuq?

    what we have learned: cheap speakers just sound bad :D

    I have some cheap 2.1 system, no wonders. No money for studio monitors yet, I have to rely on my AKG K99.
    Well, any thoughts on the mix anyways? Compared to first version and overall.

    And with better mix since this is second mix I've ever made in my life.

    Never of heard that. My friend did guitars and I did synth/bass/tabbing/"production"

    Cool :) Have a listen, the intro has very similar arp style stuff with a moving bassline.
