What kind of songwriting in that?

    hey guys! i really like that kind of bands nowadays,what kind of strange chords scales do the guitarists use in music like that in fast/odd parts (like the intro for that song)

    Well, Ion Dissonance use D#G#C#F#C#F#A#D#, which allows them to do all of the crazy dissonant stuff they do.

    As for what chords and scales, I'm not sure, I think they just play around with what sounds good to them.

    i knew that they use Low D# a lot and diminished fifth for breakdowns.

    I'm hearing B♭ locrian. The intro is based off of the tritone. The chords are just tritones built from B♭, and there's some occasional chromatic sidestepping.
