    Man, do I know those feels. Not sure if you mean that helps my weight issue or stomach problems, haha. But yeah, waking up early and going for walks makes me feel healthier. The summer over here is actually satan though. It is pretty much impossible to enjoy walks right now. That is why I am starting to lay in the tanning bed to get my vitamin D. Because that is pretty important for feeling healthy and warding off depression.

    Oh i meant as general self improvement! Im at a loss for gaining weight being so skinny myself. A few days ago our icelandic neighbour who is almost 2 meters tall told me i need to work out more haha!
