Just got my Subdecay Spring Theory a few days ago. Here's a demo/walkthrough video I made with audio from a Zoom H4n Handy Recorder: ! This is an excellent reverb pedal. I gave it a 4 overall as tone is a matter of taste; One man's perfection may be another man's crud. And it's also on the pricier side of the fence as far as reverbs go. But for me personally, the Spring Theory is as close to reverb-for-guitar perfection as it gets. Worth every penny just for the Room Mode alone. And you also get a Spring setting for your trouble. Bonus! It has sweet, lush and warm reverb tones on tap. Like the Hermida Reverb, it plays great with all gain levels. Unlike the Hermida Reverb, the tail is completely tweakable so that you can get anything from short springy reverbs, to a deep cavernous wash and anything in between.
