Stoked about this. This is Ola and fella's new company... from here on out Washburn (Us Music Corp, Parker Guitars, Randall, and more) are going to be doing production of the Boden's, starting with my signature model!

I'll be posting a NGD thread when I get my updated body since the top grades have gone up and Stainless Steel frets now come standard on my sig model!

I said earlier that I wouldn't get EMGs if I ordered a Boden, but considering the alternatives, I have to take that back.

I'm still on the fence with between Chris's sig and the standard 7. I know I'm the odd man out, but I want the dot inlays as well. I just like having the reference point personally.

And even more importantly - The Claro top (!!!!) on the stardard Boden 7 or the rosewood neck on Chris's sig. Damn first world problems.

Looks that way. They won't be producing the CL7 or the varberg for sure, and I think they're just selling off the remaining stock of Bodens they've made.

Why is Ola leaving this up to speculation and not just straight up saying "S7 will not be producing boden orders anymore" because the S7 vid just released claims they are taking orders on bodens...Im so confused

I think they're just using the facilities at the custom shop for the production, not the custom shop team. That's what I guess in any case

The tops promised for the new models make these look crazy. That and the slanted pickups.

I may have to get one of these as a backup.

I'm sure if you send him a link to this thread he'll clarify, he's usually as on top of it as he can be, he's not a hypey/mysterious guy.

xen website quotes headless 8's for $2,549 +200 for an alternative neck profile (ipnp or endureneck). This is similar to US strandberg prices. Am I missing something?

Get in on a build run here and you can likely get a substantial discount from that price.

You are correct. I wish I jumped in on the OAF headless run. I was just trying to compare apples to apples.
