I think zombies trump ravens in terms of metal?

btw, just going to totally be that guy and say -- I asked Dylan @ Daemoness about doing this kind of board (with ebony on one half and maple on the other, making use of it in the imagery, etc.) like 5 years ago!

    Hate it.

I think I'm just not into the two-tone board thing. When they did it on that one PS acoustic, it was cool, but just not into this. Not big on the control layout either.

^this. The fretboard and the big fat raven on the headstock kills an otherwise badass design.

I like that fretboard very much. Overall it still looks too much like a rich dentist guitar to me.

Kind of a cheap basis for a weird concept. "The trees used were found near a graveyard- spooooooky!" In the Northeast, everywhere is near a graveyard; if they wanna turn heads, dig up a coffin and use that wood.

Oh god. A nice guitar ruined by a hideous fretboard.

Just as bad as the flame inlays gibson does on their overpriced custom lps or what Jackson did like a few decades ago on some of their guitars

I just like my fretboards to be clean with simple dots or staggered dots. Any more then that and it screws with my playing when I look at the board.

Love the dyed and combo fretboard. I think the red and gold are actually the parts that clash here the most. Give it a light grey burst and black hardware. Make it look like stone.

I don't like how the headstock has purple, but nowhere else. I like the fretboard up to the large bird...I don't like how it changed to dark.

I do like everything else about it, though...except the dyed flamed fretboard.

I'm not a big fan of elaborate fretboard designs, but I always loved the April Private Stock of the Month from a couple years ago:

I guess I don't look at enough guitar pictures to feel blase when faced with that cool ass fretboard...

...But way to fucking ruin the headstock, jeez

I like it , The only thing spoiling it for me is the lack of fade from black to grey on the fret board. That transition is too harsh.

Funny I was thinking it would look better with no stain at all on the board
