Haha! Yeah, that's the idea, I hope it works!
holy that top is phenomenal
Is that a giant piece of pearloid or something?
No, but it might as well be, haha!
It's drum wrap, which is thinner than most pearloids you'll find.
Damn Rhoney, you're good! I can't wait to see the first ERG Oceana's, whenever that happens. One of your eights is definitely on my bucket list.
Keep it up, and keep in touch. Let me know how NAMM goes!
For sure! I think I'll add ERG Oceanas on to my 2015 to-do list.
Here is that Paramour video, just incase some people did not see it :
Check out this pickguard, I'm really proud of it, probably the prettiest pickguard I've ever made.
Seen your stuff for a few months on IG. Keep up the good work man.
Thanks so much! I'll try to keep it up, but people gotta buy my stuff for that to happen. Haha!
Here's the latest shot of the 8-string.
If I didnt build my own, you would have my money in an instant.
Dude, thanks! Approval of my peers means a lot to me.
Roadhouse posted a photo of the pickups. Yummy!
By the way, for those of you that don't follow me on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter, and haven't yet found this link on my website, here's the page where I list guitars that I currently have for sale:
As you may or may not know, I'll be displaying at NAMM in January, and it would really help me with those expenses if I could pre-sell some or all of the guitars that I'm displaying at the show. Thanks for looking!
Here's a few pics of new stuff. Again, not ERG-related, but I know you guys like six-string guitars too.
This is a Starblaster Standard MV in black. Basically just a stock Starblaster, the "MV" denotes the addition of a Mastery bridge and vibrato.
A butterscotch/TV Yellow finish on this Vireo standard I'm making for NAMM in January.
This next one is, I have no idea, haha! For all intents and purposes it' a Vireo with a different body shape, but that pretty much makes it not a Vireo at all, lol! Anyway, call it a Super-Strat or just call it pretty, but here it is.
I just got these today, some nice little demo sound clips of the Paramour seven-string played by Joe Balaguer.
It's been slow progress lately, thanks in no small part to my paint supplier being back-ordered, and then shipping me the wrong stuff, and then not seeing my email, and well, you get the idea. I'm still waiting on the damn sealer.
Anyway, I did manage to get this stuff done...
The Oceana on the right is spoken for, but the Zodiac is not. They're both going to NAMM with me, assuming I don't go out of business before then.
I was gonna do blonde on this Paramour, but opted for Olympic White instead. The blonde felt too busy with the tort guard to me, so this keeps things simple. This was the original original plan anyway.
