Cool Beans dude, thats a pretty good deal for a medium quality or better 7 string. :yesway:
what are the specs on the model you are offering?

Also, fwiw, i think this would go in the dealer/group buys section, one of the moderators can move it for you though if it does :yesway:

Moved to the appropriate forum. Some specs and background would probably help, too.

That seems like the most critical question. Big difference.

The thread title does say "$" so i'm inclined to believe it's dollars, but the original Grossman Fly thread has them priced at €850, which is about USD$1350.

But if Cristian hasn't posted in this thread in almost two months to answer questions, i don't have a lot of confidence that this will actually happen.

Why not? i guess that if 10 people here will set an order theres no reason it wont.
He's work looks outstanding, and that price is nuts! theres no reason in hell not to do this.
    Isnt it?

Depends where you live. He's in Europe, so by the time we paid shipping, import fees, duty, whatever they happen to stick on it, us Canadians might as well have ordered a Sherman.

A sherman is much more expensive than that 600$ grosmann with shipping to anywhere.

... which Grossman hasn't confirmed, because he hasn't been back to check this thread and answer questions since originally posting it.

Yeah, a Sherman is. But when you add the fact that it has to be shipped from Europe, which is going to be at least $100 or more, THEN add import fees since it's not a North American good, THEN add more taxes most likely (I think) because the Canadian Government likes to bend us over with no lube. Re-read my last post, that's what I'm saying. That $600 quickly turns to $1000+ I imagine, who knows what they would charge. If you're in Europe, then I bet it would be a sick deal. I don't know what the import fees would be, so maybe it still would be a decent deal, but with my experience from bringing guitars in from just the US, I doubt it.

And if it's €600, that's actually about $1350 at today's exchange rate, which makes a Sherman even more attractive for those of us on this side of the Atlantic.

It's confusing because even though he uses $ for the first and € for the second the way he has structured the argument comparing the second to the first seems to imply it is €.

If it's $600 USD I'm tempted, does anyone want to send him an email and ask?

Actually 600€ is closer to $900. The exchange rate is about 1€=$1.55.
