    I'd appreciate your mix critique.

This was recorded with Thermionik amp plugs, NadIR impulse loader and Kalthallen IRs. The leads are done on Amplitube 3 with speaker IRs via NadIR/Kalthallen.

Sounds good... which Karzog amp models did you use?

I dig it. Bass guitar could be brought up or perhaps just bring down the vocals and guitar a db or so. This is tight though. The guitar solo's rip dude.

There's something about the drums, especially the toms. They seem a little flat sounding in comparison to what else is going on.

Thanks for checking it out first and also great suggestions! I'm posting new version soon, I've added some cathedral IR on the drums that livened things up a touch and brought bass up.

The drums were provided as multitrack SD files performed on ekit by real drummer, I did try to make them as lively as I could. The ride might be the tell :)

It is sounding a bit cleaner now although I am not sure if the bass enhances it or not, I'll let you judge that.

    Here are the Kazrog amps:

    Left channel rhythm:

Damage 120 w/ TS9 freeware plugin in front
I actually take that back on IRs, Recabinet with blended equally
    TopBoost 2x12 and Damien 2x12

    Right channel rhythm

    FB100 w/ TS9 plugin in front
    same speaker cabs

Leads are Amplitube 3 with IRs.

I'm getting serious Amon Amarth vibes from this. It sounds great. If you have a multi-band compressor, I'd recommend raising the 50-100hz range on the bass about 1db. The toms are somewhat buried too.
