I've owned a Taylor Big Baby for years and loved it. I knew eventually I would want to step up to a mid tier model and came across these Mahagony top 324e's. So it had to be done, ordered it from Sweetwater and it showed up today. Really like the way it sounds, very warm and full bodied. Much different than a spruce top which is more bell like and bright. It plays great too, really well setup. Some Specs below...

    Grand Auditorium Body
Medium Brown Stain with Shaded Edgeburst
    Tropical Mahagony Top
    Tasmanian Blackwood Back/Sides
    Ebony Fretboard and Bridge
    Tusq/Micarta Nut/Saddle
    1.75" Nut Width
    ES2 Electronics

They are awesome, even the Baby and Mini lines sound good. My friend has some really high end models as well, so I have played the lines pretty much to bottom.
