I figured a bunch of people wanted to see this, so here are some mediocre pictures that do not really capture its magnificence: 13732B21-4531-46C1-BA84-4D2D89E4901A by Gravy Train posted Oct 8, 2017 at 1:13 PM D188787A-A1CE-4A07-B9B5-C4A70C2859FB by Gravy Train posted Oct 8, 2017 at 1:13 PM 43180FC0-5841-4CAA-9155-CFA4E585CD73 by Gravy Train posted Oct 8, 2017 at 1:13 PM 612265A8-8304-49C5-950E-36643119C709 by Gravy Train posted Oct 8, 2017 at 1:13 PM Instagram shot: 5569C79E-CBB5-4C90-A33A-68AD610ACA0E by Gravy Train posted Oct 8, 2017 at 1:13 PM Family shot: 16526D20-5443-4513-AFD6-05032A6E704E by Gravy Train posted Oct 8, 2017 at 1:13 PM The guitar plays very well. The guys at DrumCityGuitarLand did a great setup on it with my preferred string gauges and tuning. No adjustments necessary out of the box! This is my first guitar with stainless steel frets, the Seymour Duncan Pegasus/Sentinent set and with a Floyd 1500. I’m not really feeling the pickups too much, but will play with them more and adjust amp accordingly. If I end up not getting along with them, I’ll switch them out for an EMG 57/66 set or the trusted 81/60 set. All in all, I’m very satisfied and the color is just gorgeous. The Schecter PT7’s have become my favorite guitars as of lately and this one switches up the flavors in just the right way. Cool fact: This was a protoype for Wes Hauch, but then he went to Ibanez. I thought that was an interesting piece of information. Also, a quick shoutout to Jason at DCGL. I ordered it Tuesday morning and she arrived Friday morning beautifully packaged with tons of goodies (I.e. picks, stickers and a shirt). Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a great guitar and fast service. Thanks for reading/looking!
