After a long wait it's finally here.

This is my first MIJ guitar. I didn't know if I would notice and difference in quality between it and my high end LTDs, but one thing that surprised me was the fret ends. I've never had something with bad fret ends (aside from the guitar I returned because it looked like someone took a grinder to a few frets). These are rounded so nicely.

It's a fantastic feeling guitar and it definitely has me convinced that the E-II line is the sweet spot for quality to $. I'm not super crazy about the 12th fret inlay but hey, at least it says ESP on the front of the guitar. ;)

Bonus picture of a guitar that I got on the GC used market earlier this year and just never got around to doing a NGD for.

I love everything about the new LTD logo with that block headstock inlay graphic with those Fishmans.
Everything just matches up beautifully on that Eclipse!.

    Nice score

HNGD, those are awesome! I think ESP rolls out some of the best fretwork on production guitars of any company.

I second that statement. The fretwork on my Horizon is equal in quality to the frets on my JP15 that cost almost twice as much. The only trump card with the jp15 is that it sports SS fretwire.

This looks so killer and the fret ends are just inviting. It looks dwarfed in the line up!

You have a lovely family. I'm hoping to snag one of those Householder sigs before they're gone, since he's with Aristides now. Shame that he made such a unique, badass 7 and bailed within a year.

It's a great guitar. The full LP thickness gives it such a great sound. I'm not a fan of the pickups however. They don't seem high enough output. Last night I actually found out that I had some pickup support springs (no idea if that's the proper name for them) from when I bought the Fishman for my Alexi. So I stuck those under there to increase the pickup height to see if that makes enough difference.

I've been wanting to try BWs. I thought about putting Fishmans in it because I really like them but I don't know if I want all my guitars to have the same pickups, I'm just some dude playing guitar in his basement, not a touring artist with a signature sound. I've been throwing the idea of BKP Ragnarocks in it, but BWs are on the list of possibles.
