New JP16 7 String and Engl Invader II arrived today. I know not many would pull trigger on a JP16 7 because of it's specs but I decided to go for it, and well, how impressed am I with it  My dream rig is complete one my Helix arrives, and my GAS has subsided for now :hbang:

Was going to sell the Powerball II if the Invader II matched it but they are both sooo unique and awesome through the Pro Cab, keeping them both is th only option :shred:

Thanks to all who helped me with my purchase decisions

Thanks man! I worked and saved hard for this :yesway:

The PU's are Dimarzio Sonic Ecstasy's, they are real interesting to play in a positive way, it's all news to me! :D

The brown bits of the ebony fretboard match the roasted maple very tastefully!

    Loving that fretboard.
Really want to try one of those new JP's, especially curious about these new pickups.

Smokey ebony fret-board on roasted Birdseye maple neck = Mmmm

The SE pickups sound really organic to my ear and have an excellent tonal raw range clarity about them. :)

High gain channels need attention and pulling back a touch because these things can scream.

The bass response is so huge through the Invader II, it would be impossible for the drummer from Def Leppard to sound bad on this thing, . :shred:

Please bare in mind i have industrial deafness as well :flame: this is what I hear
