I'll be honest, I thought the thread title was a joke at first with all those characters.

Ooh boy, that looks amazing. Looks like the guitar equivalent of a Japanese sportscar, like a GT-R or LFA, and I mean that in a good way!

amazing guitar, I'm very jelly! Just something to point out in case you haven't noticed already, it looks as though your locking nut is on slightly crooked. Might want to check/tighten the wood screws holding it down if you are having any tuning issues.

Yeah the nut was crooked, I sent the guitar back. :(

I'll buy the next Ibanez from Rich.

So I just got off the phone with Cosmo Music here in Ontario. Apparently these guitars are a US exclusive. Which means the rest of us will have to find other ways of acquiring these guitars.

Good thing I have family in New York.

Ugh, Canada and USA should have the same offerings!

Slightly related, when I was at Cosmo a few weeks ago they had a used Ibanez RGD 2127 in Violet Chameleon with what looks like BKP's in Purple/White and it played and looked amazing! If I could afford another guitar I would have grabbed it in a second.

It's still there. The RGD2127 series plays really well. My 2127Z is a monster. I'm going to get Cosmo to plek it. It only costs $200 to get them to do it.

The good news is that The Axe Palace is willing to ship them to Canada. So there's that... which is nice.

True! Only down-side is shipping and customs charges. But if its a guitar you need to have its worth the extra $$$

I spoke to Tundra Music yesterday and they said they could work something out. Having another conversation with them today about pricing.

I'll likely order one of these in the new year and get Andrew @ Cosmo to do a whole bunch of work to it (SD Pegasus/Sentient, Plek'd, middle position kill/mute switch, replace bridge with the ZPS bridge, ect).
