Gonna try to keep it shortish.
I moved to Korea for work 2 months ago, and before I departed I sold all of my gear except for an ovation acoustic with sentimental value.
I arrived here and started looking around, electrics, acoustics, whatever. Just something to play basically.
I Decided to save to get a high-end electric down the line, but i needed something to keep me busy, so I went into this super small random shop near my place that only sells acoustics.
Tried a few, most were pretty meh, yamahas and budget brands and the like. They guy helping me was super friendly and helpful even though he spoke very little english , anyway, i asked if they had anything made in korea. He pointed to these couple of guitars in the corner: "Crafter". they looked decent, nothing major.
I took one down and tried it, and found that it was actually pretty good. But then I tried the other one...
    I instantly fell in love.
I dunno what it is, if its easy to play or sounds just right or feels amazing or a combination of all things, its just amazing. I bought it then and there for the great price of 520k KRW (which translated roughly to 450 usd) including a nice gigbag, extra strings, a capo, strap, stand.

I honestly never tried an acoustic this easy to play. Granted, I've never used a super high end gibson or martin, but honestly this does not feel like a 450 bucks guitar at all, not even my ovation that was like twice the price comes close.
Soundwise is ok, a bit trebly, and not supremely loud, which is actually a good thing since my apartment is minuscule and i dont wanna bother the neighbors. the electronics and eq are also surprisinly good, i can balance out the extra treble no problemo. Everything else is just top notch quality. woods, hardware, setup, the works.

anyway, heres some pics. (jesus, that wasn't short at all, sorry)

It's nice to have a easy-playing acoustic, and it looks nice.
    Does the preamp sound good?

    I've owned a couple Crafters - They're lovely guitars.

Like yours, mine were both quite treble heavy - I've always suspected it's down to the Gloss finish they use, and quite thick back and sides - They feel VERY solid around the edges compared to something more mellow like my Breedlove (Which isn't an expensive one, bout the same price range).

    Do you find this too?
