Hey pals, since I don't have enough time to go to the gym I'm trying to do some reps at home.

I do the pyramid system: 1-5 Pull Ups, 2-10 Push-, Situps and Squats. Between every set (one set consists of every exercise) I do a break for like 90sec.
It's not that hard stuff ,but it's doing for me pretty good so far.
But do you guys have any advices? I don't want to do something false :)

And anyway, what is your Morning workout?

Get some other core stuff into it: at the top of each push up, move your weight to one hand and turn into a side-plank, lifting your opposite arm and leg into a star position. Try to hold as still as possible for 10 seconds, lower your free limbs and slowly bring your hand back to the ground, without a thud. Do another push up, then do the same on the other side.

Damn, I usually find it hard enough to stand up in the morning... I don't know if I should find this thread inspiring or depressing :D

Making coffee or opening a can of Red Bull?

I actually do things a bit differently.

I used to have a lot of trouble sleeping at night and started trying to do some stretches to wind down and relax. I started incorporating a few yoga stretches and a few stretches I learned from some physical therapy I had. I now do a 20 minute course of stretches about four nights a week right before bed.

It is not a high impact type of workout, but I have noticed some better muscle tone in general after using stretching exercises consistently. I have been doing this for about two years ago, noticed improvement in muscle tone after the first month.

I will say that I do make an effort to walk outside a few miles when weather permits and do try to make it out to the pool on days where it is warm enough and if the pool isn't too crowded to freely move around in the water.
