Hey pals, since I don't have enough time to go to the gym I'm trying to do some reps at home. I do the pyramid system: 1-5 Pull Ups, 2-10 Push-, Situps and Squats. Between every set (one set consists of every exercise) I do a break for like 90sec. It's not that hard stuff ,but it's doing for me pretty good so far. But do you guys have any advices? I don't want to do something false And anyway, what is your Morning workout?
