Ebony boards are available on this run of Septors, too, but I agree. That's a lot of why I keep debating whether or not to get one this time.

And that's exactly why I would get a Septor from this run only, otherwise it's that beautiful dark green Interceptor calling my name.

Another point you need to note regarding the tremol-no (I do own two of them) is that the bridge still needs to be set up properly after the tremol-no is installed. you cant just shove it in there and get jamming, the trem height and balance still need to be set correctly if you don't want fret buzz and dead notes all over the place. it's a great device but you still need to set it up right. Also the tremol-no although very stable is NOT a replacement for a correctly blocked bridge, it can still move under pressure/ extreme string gauge/tunings adjustments.

This is off topic, but I hate tremelos with a passion. Don't waste your time with stuff that gets in the way of playing guitar. IE, tremelos, multi fx amp modelling processors, amps that need to be dialled in for months [you should get a decent tone quickly; you should have to spend months fine tuning that tone to exactly what you want to hear], etc.

That's your opinion. If she wants a trem, multi-effects processor and such then she should get what she wants, not just by what we say she should get, what gear one should get is down to the person who is actually buying said gear.

Yea, in the end it's her choice. We just give her our input of pros and cons and such, she makes the choice in the end.
It's not such a big deal anyway. If she finds that the guitar she chose doesn't really do it for her, she can always sell it and get another one, when she has more of her own idea of what to look for in a guitar.
How many of us still play pretty much the exact type of guitar/amp/etc that we started out with?

The first real guitar I bought is similar to two of the guitars I am using now. Only difference is series number, pickups, and a lack of floyd rose. Also, the bodies a tad thinner since it doesn't need the extra size for the trem. But, upgrading from an MH201 to an H500 and an H1001 is great.

Anyways, she can do what she wishes. I just personally think that those things get in the way of making music.

Yeah, I cant stop drooling over it either! Im trying to sell all my other guitars to get the money to order it.

I dont think you will have a problem with the trem. Just know that you will have to spend a lot of time learning through trial and error and reading. But imo thats the best way to learn. Thats how I did it. Im not sure about Agile's, but when you buy an Ibanez new, it comes with an instruction booklet explaining how to set up the bridge. Personally, if I were in your situation, I would buy the guitar you want and the tremol-no. Take it to a guitar tech, get the tremol-no installed and get it set up. That way you can start learning, and practicing. And by the time you are ready to change your strings, you should know enough to be able to do it yourself. If not, you have all the info you need on the internet. I guarantee you will be spun up in no time if you keep hanging around here!:yesway:

What the hell is wrong with you? People have tried to tell you numerous times that we don't have a problem with you disliking Agile; we have a problem with you acting like a twat. Either get your head out of your ass and stop being a troll, or stop posting.

Edit: Okay, the Agile stuff is mostly in another thread (I didn't notice which one this was at first), but still, the problem is the way you act, not necessarily what opinions you hold.
