Hello, ss.org. I did a short rhythm tone comparison between Digitech GSP 1101 and BIAS Amp. I'm comparing my favourite rhythm tones using both methods, so they are quite different.
I would love some mixing advice :)

GSP anyday of the week, it sounds seriously nice.

    Mixing advice?

It feels like it needs more glue. Bring up the bass guitar and give it some nice mids to get it in unison with the guitars.

Throw an SSL-style compressor on the master/mix buss too for glue.

Lastly, a master reverb with a fairly low mix would also bring the song together.

    Really dig the drums.

Masoo - Thanks for your input. There is a compressor on the mix bus actually, I'll try compressing a bit more. I have never heard about the master reverb thing! Will try that. :)
