That is a positively amazing variation on the Iceman body! The bevels and the little extra horn are brilliant. Is this inspired by something else, or are these changes designed for this?

    Sick guitar.
Could you explain how to do glow in the dark part?
I have been thinking about that too, I have some glow in the dark powder but I'm not sure what to mix it with and how to do the pore filling.

    Hi there,

The design started at an attempt at toying with the design to balance the shape better. Guitars like the Iceman as you probably know have issues with neck dive. The horn is about an extra inch added to the original design helps combat the problem perfectly; zero neck dive.

The bevels came as a though whilst procrastinating over finishes. I honestly couldn't decide on anything and opted for what I had (blue and black dyes). It felt like a cop out and after browsing the web for inspiration decided to add the bevels from an RGD for some flavor.

Thanks for the compliments :) I'm very proud of the shape

The glow fades based upon how much light it's been exposed to. It's not as vibrant as I had planned but my technique can be applied to future projects. If you had this under a stage blacklight it'd definitely light up nicely

    Hi,

I used a glow in the dark powder that is usually for mixing with plastic polymers for other craft purposes. This was mixed with a clear gel wood filler into a paste and applied to the wire-brushed pores. I'd give you some more exact ratios regarding the mix but I kinda bodged it, I'm still learning my craft (about to turn 23) and will need to get better at details like this.

I've been meaning to submit the entire gallery in a walkthrough form but have been busy with some restoration work on other projects.

Thank you :) positivity motivates me to make another to show off on here xD
