I'm so depressed about this that I don't even feel like ranting & raving over this. I'll keep it short and sweet. It's a Bernie Rico Sr handmade Archtop guitar. Mahogany body, neck-thru maple, Duncan SH6 Distortion pickup, ebony fretboard, abalone inlays, etc. Comes with case.

There's no purchase I'm trying to fund here, I simply am broke and need money desperately. Check my flawless iTrader feedback here or on Jemsite if you want to see my credentials. I've sold 4 Ibanez 7's to SS.orgers in the last couple months alone, all who are happy as hell. Will ship anywhere in the world. PayPal or Money Order/Check is fine. Hoping to get $1300 but will entertain fair offers. Free US shipping. If you want to see pics, go here.

I can vouch for the quality of the Hysperia Meegs guitars. They are uniformly excellent. I have an slight overpopulation of guitars at the moment myself, or I would be all over this thing. If you buy this axe, you will love it.

Yeah, as I said in the original thread about this, I had been looking for this for 5 years. I owned one back in 2001. I'm going to do everything I can NOT to sell this, but I just may have to.

Dude, I had a possible buyer ask me for the serial #, so I reluctantly opened the case to look, and seeing it broke my heart. I've been having a bitch of a time selling my Fernandes on eBay. It's the first time in 7 years an item of mine didn't sell for the amount I hoped for (or in this case, no bids at all). If that could sell, I might not have to sell this. We'll see :(

+1, stock up on ramen and watch for a good pasta sale, nick. Carbs rule when you're on a finance-imposed diet, I ate a LOT of ramen the month after I bought that CST and in retrospect it was totally worth it.

I saw Coal Chamber twice years ago and he was playing one of those, those are very nice. I'd hold onto it if you could. :agreed:

I would totally sell the K7 before this. It's not like you can't grab another K7 at some point, and far easier than you'll grab another one of these. Besides, the BCR is a better guitar.

Seriously. I have an '87 Soloist that is going with me to the grave. I would sell all my sevens before it.

I have the Custom Shop Rico Jr Vixen 7, the BC Rich in this thread, a Fernandes Ravelle "Dave Kushner" sig, and a Carvin DC727 (alder body). I sold the K7 because I wanted another 7-string w/ an ebony fretboard, hence the Carvin. And I needed the money (Carvin was far less than what I got for the K7). Plus to my shock, the Carvin plays better than anything I've had since the '91 UV.

There's pictures of it in another thread. I am not selling the Carvin. I adore it. In my eyes its a $2000 guitar, I think it's that good, unfortunately the resale value is more like $500-600... so even if I wanted to sell it, it wouldn't be worth it.

Did you just buy that on eBay or were you trying to sell it? I could have sworn I saw the SAME guitar on eBay recently! That's a beauty! :shred:
