My opinion is biased because I've been a Line 6 guy since day 1.
but I want to know what you guys think and what's a better buy and for what reasons.

I find the Eleven Rack to be far easier to dial in, and to have a higher quality of tone in general. It reacts and "feels" more like a tube amp than the Line 6 does IMO.

I also use Pro Tools, so there's the added benefit of tight integration with my DAW. Re-amping is great with the Eleven Rack and also very easy to use.

Great tones can be had from both units, but I own the Eleven Rack, so I've had a lot more time on it to tweak. I've only briefly played on a Pod HD Pro, but that is what led me to purchase the Eleven Rack.

If you buy 11R new, it comes with the full version of ProTools 11. That was a no brainer for me. I'm definitely enjoying the 11R...
