Theres nothing sweeter for a weightlifter than a video of another weightlifter to criticize, so have at it! I already noticed my hips rise too quick for my liking. I'd like to pull 385 for the first time next week. Most of these are with 315 on them, some more, but its enough to put me in the same zone form wise. ^ That last one was my first lift this morning and boy does it look shit.
