    Hey guys,

I'm now offering Multicolour stabilised bookmatched guitar tops. I'll post up whatever comes out of the Lab, if you like a certain piece - send me a message.

You guys will have first dibs. If there are no takers then the pieces will be on eBay 24 hours later.
These are true one of a kind pieces as they all turn out completely differently.
First up is a 3 colour stabilised heavily Quilted Maple bookmatched set. 480x210x5mm (each piece).
Surface wetted to show true colour and figure.

I'd like to keep the prices between me and the buyers, I feel that's more professional. However I do see your point, and if I do get a lot of messages asking how much without any sale then i'll start posting the pieces with a price on this thread.

Refusing to disclose prices seems like anything but professional...

I was quite clear in my original post that you can easily obtain a price if you were to simply send me a PM. That's not refusal to give a price, that's respecting a luthier's choice to keep the cost of their materials to themselves. Prices can also vary due to resawing or sanding requirements which is not something I am prepared to discuss publicly on this thread. I want to keep the thread tidy and just for posting available tops, not haggling, price discussion. Which I think is fair enough.

That is more than fair. However if I hear of you using this to incite silent auctions or bidding wars over pieces you will no longer be allowed to sell here.

EDIT: apparently that was exactly the intent since the user has "decided not to sell here". Thread closed at user's request.
