I did a video of things NOT guitars, amps and pedals. Those little things that are fun and interesting, such as the Option Knob that allows you to use any parameter on a pedal as an expression (you can increase or decrease the amount of delay, distortion, etc., as you play). Or Strap Graphics, where you can create your own unique guitar strap. Or the Cable Buddy tagging system. Or the String Stretcha (to stretch and keep your strings in tune better.

Because I wanted to include V-Picks in this video I asked Vinni Smith over at the company to send me his CD, which is mostly instrumental music, and so his tunes are featured on the video. It was a fun project. Curious to know what cool guitar gear accessories are not on the video that you like.

Pretty boring, but I just received a b-stock Thalia capo. A bit complicated if you go from guitar to guitar, and pricey, but it's working really great so far.

I like the looks of them... bit of a Cadillac capo that would make a nice gift.

That's a great point. I've been looking at them for a while, and it wasn't until they had some b-stock for sale that it was enough of a kick in the pants to finally get one of the cheaper ones. Still expensive, but among the cheapest they had. I imagine lots of guitarists wouldn't buy something like this for themselves, but would be a great gift. Of my 4 capos I've owned, this is by far the easiest to use in terms of moving it, etc., and easily the nicest looking. I just got he silver with the african wenge wood inlay. Normally $65 +tax and S&H, an I got it for around $47 after tax and shipping with the first-time-customer coupon, and B-stock discount.
